URC is launching its 2024 Unsurpassed Dealer Awards program with a request for entries and a fresh look. This annual competition recognizes best-in-class system design and installation of URC control and automation technology. Awards are given to the best and most unique residential and commercial installations in the U.S. and International.

“Year after year, our dealers continue to surprise us with innovative commercial and residential installations,” said Chang Park, URC’s CEO. “It is amazing to see the high-quality smart automation and control installations across such a diverse set of environments.”

Direct dealers who purchase URC products are eligible to enter their installations that occurred in calendar year 2023 or 2024. This year’s program uses a simple e-file submission process through URC’s dealer portal.

Some of the past winners have included best-in-class dealers like Nard’s Entertainment, Starpower, Hemag, PWCampbell, Fuzion Audio Video, Hb Integration, Infinity Security Group, and The Stereo Shop. Award winners have demonstrated highly creative automation installations in luxury homes, smart office buildings, trendy hotels, thriving bars or contemporary restaurants.

Best Residential Installation – USA

• Gold: Custom Integration Solutions (OH)
• Silver: Hemag, Inc (FL)
• Bronze: Elite Audio Video Solutions (AL)

Most Unique Installation – USA

• Gold: Automation Sensations (FL)
• Silver: Certified Sounds, LLC (HI)

Best Commercial Installation – USA

• Gold: Elite Audio (SC)
• Silver: C.A.V.E.S. (OH)
• Bronze: Quality TV (FL)

Best International Installation

• Gold: Potters Home Digital (UK)
• Silver: Hidden Home Technology (UK)

This year’s program includes a refresh that will help URC winning dealers differentiate from the rest of the industry. “After granting nearly ninety awards recognizing excellence among our dealer community, the tenth anniversary affords and opportunity to refresh the branding while maintaining the celebratory essence of the program,” stated Ron Pence, URC’s marketing lead.

Entries will be accepted from authorized URC dealers through Friday, July 26, 2024. URC dealers can discover more information and submit entries via URC’s award-winning Dealer Portal at https://urcportal.com/unsurpassed-awards/.

Winners in each category will be announced and recognized on Thursday, September 5, 2024 at CEDIA Expo.
