WEST SACRAMENTO, Calif. (KTXL) – There was a charity softball game at Sutter Health Park on Saturday afternoon, hosted by JaVale McGee of the Sacramento Kings.

He was joined by a few of his famous friends.

The purpose of the softball game was to raise money and awareness for JUGLIFE. McGee, a co-founder of JUGLIFE, is hoping to get people to drink more water and to help provide healthy drinking water to those around the world who do not have access to it.

JUGLIFE began in 2015, and it has built five wells in Uganda, according to its website.

Some of the participants in Saturday’s game included NBA veterans Matt Barnes and Baron Davis, current Sacramento Kings head coach Mike Brown and Pro Football Hall of Famer Terrell Owens.
